Not at all. Most of our clients give us a key, a code, or a garage code. We're licensed, bonded, and background-checked.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — we arrive fully stocked with professional-grade products and equipment. Prefer eco-friendly or unscented? Just ask.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and are fully bonded. Certificates available on request for commercial clients.

What if I'm not satisfied?

We offer a 24-hour redo guarantee. If anything wasn't done to your standards, we come back within one business day and make it right.

How do I pay?

Credit card on file is the easiest. We also accept debit, cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. Commercial clients can request NET-15 invoicing.

Do you have pet-safe products?

Yes — on request we use pet-safe, low-fragrance products. Let us know at booking so we arrive prepped.

How much notice do you need to reschedule?

24 hours is ideal. We understand life happens — there's no fee for reschedules with reasonable notice.
